Which path are you on? Where is it leading? Are you setting peaceful and positive intentions for yourself?

These are questions I ask myself and those around me. I think the most important path we can be on is one where we are surrounded by love and support. This love and support can come in the form of nurturing people, empowering leaders, healthy food & exercise initiatives and holistic health and/or spiritual growth.

In a society where we are so individualized, it is important to realize how connected we really are. We need each other to survive. Every person has a purpose and a plan to fulfill. With help and goal setting, everyone has a chance to succeed.

It is time to break imaginary boundaries and build healthy connection within our community and our souls.

We must listen in order to learn, just as the plant must be in the ground to grow.

I am beautiful and I will give you joy in your heart.

I greet you each morning with blue energy.

Play in the water when you are down.

I will stretch as far as I can dream........

Peacefully I rest with each set of the God Sun.

Rolling deep, rolling shadows, I wander in between...

Glistening crystals make memories in my soul.

Expanding green momentum.

Crawl upside down and feel your body come alive.

Walk to every motion the wave will make.

View your life as a calm passing breath in the flow of eternity.

SAVE THE TREES! DO NOT CUT DOWN TREES FOR PAPER OR ANYTHING ELSE, ANYMORE! WE NEED THEM TO BREATHE! WE NEED THEM TO LIVE!

A tree is strong, stable and sturdy. We should not cut them down for any use. We should use hemp instead.

Here is a website that outlines why hemp is more useful than trees. Please take the time to read it.

WHY YOU SHOULD GROW HEMP FOR ECOLOGICAL FIBERS INSTEAD OF CUT DOWN TREES

It outlines....

1. Hemp as clothing for textiles
2. Why hemp yields more than a cotton field
3. Hemp used for building materials
4. Hemp used for concrete and insulation - Read below

One of the most popular hemp concrete products is Isochanvre, a French product. The manufacturers claim:
  • excellent acoustic insulation
  • breathes, prevents condensation
  • self-draining and waterproof
  • non-flammable (no toxic combustion products)
  • resistant to rodents, termites, insects, fungi and bacteria (because of the silica content)
  • easy to use, flexible and crack-resistant
  • ideal for cyclone and earthquake prone areas due to its strength/weight ratio
  • lightness
  • able to use fewer finishing such as no plaster, painting or wallpaper.
